The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WOL is a 3000mm extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to provide dependable structural support for openings within cavity walls featuring wide outer leaves. Built for builders, site managers, and contractors, it offers the strength needed for demanding projects where reliability is essential. Please note that the outer leaf blockwork should not exceed a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange to ensure proper load transfer.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls with cavity widths ranging between 70 and 105mm, specifically designed to accommodate outer leaf blockwork widths of 125 to 150mm. It supports lintel openings such as windows and doors, handling extra heavy loads typically encountered in structural builds. To maintain site efficiency and structural integrity, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation and ensure blockwork is built tightly against the lintel’s outer face. A mortar bed should be placed atop the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute weight.
