Supports cavity widths from 70 to 85mm (2.75" to 3.35") with an outer leaf blockwork thickness of 125-150mm (4.9"-5.9").
Extra heavy duty load capacity, perfect for openings requiring robust structural support.
Recommended propping during installation to speed construction and ensure stability.
Outer leaf block must not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm; mortar bed should be placed on top of blockwork before laying floor units.

The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WOL 1500mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty support in cavity wall constructions with wide outer leaf blockwork. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on demanding structural openings, it ensures reliable load-bearing performance where cavity widths range between 70 and 85mm. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork must not exceed the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain proper support.

Application

Designed specifically for cavity walls with a wide outer leaf, this lintel is suited to openings such as window and door frames where enhanced load capacity is required. It supports outer leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm thick, making it suitable for robust masonry builds. The lintel should be propped during installation to facilitate faster construction and optimal safety. To ensure even load distribution, apply a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before placing floor units.
