Please note, this lintel requires proper propping on site to aid construction speed and safety.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting structural openings such as window and door reveals in cavity walls with a wide inner leaf. It’s specified for use where extra heavy load bearing is required, ensuring stability across wider cavities commonly found in residential and commercial builds. Builders should ensure blockwork is built flush against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed is applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
