Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on substantial openings, this lintel provides reliable support tailored to cavity widths between 70 and 85mm. Please note that inner leaf blockwork should not extend beyond 25mm over the lintel flange to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is engineered for use in cavity walls featuring a wide inner leaf, typically 125-150mm thick blockwork. It is well-suited for supporting lintel openings in load-bearing walls where high strength is essential, such as in residential or commercial developments with wide or heavy openings. To ensure optimal performance and speed up construction, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation. Mortar should be applied on top of the blockwork prior to laying floor units to guarantee even load distribution.
