Details

The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WIL 2850mm extra heavy duty lintel is engineered for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork, offering robust support for demanding structural openings. It is specifically designed for builders, site managers, and contractors requiring dependable lintels for serious projects. Please note, inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and propping is recommended to ensure safe and efficient installation.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity wall constructions where the cavity width ranges from 70 to 85mm and the inner leaf blockwork thickness is between 125 and 150mm. It provides extra heavy duty load support for openings such as doors and windows, ensuring structural integrity on site. Propping during installation helps speed up construction while maintaining safety standards. The lintel should be bedded on mortar and blockwork built tightly against its inner face for optimal load distribution.
