The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WIL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 2250mm length is engineered for builders and site managers tackling demanding cavity wall projects. This lintel is specifically designed to support wide inner leaf blockwork in cavity widths ranging from 70 to 85mm, offering robust strength where it matters most. Please note, the inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

Primarily used to span openings in cavity walls, this lintel is suited for heavy load-bearing scenarios such as doorways, large window openings, and other critical structural points. It is designed for use with 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork and ensures an even load distribution when mortar is applied on top of the blockwork before floor units are installed. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to facilitate quicker, safer construction.
