The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 1950mm in length, specifically engineered for use in wide inner leaf blockwork walls. It is ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers needing robust structural support for openings with cavity widths between 70 and 85mm. Application

This lintel is designed to carry heavy loads over openings in cavity walls where the inner leaf blockwork is 125-150mm wide. It supports structural integrity above doors, windows, and other openings, ensuring safe load transfer. The lintel flange should not be overhung by more than 25mm by the inner leaf block. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to maintain alignment and speed construction progress. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork is advised before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads.
