The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WIL 1350mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and site managers working with wide inner leaf blockwork. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls featuring a 125-150mm inner leaf, providing robust support over window and door openings. It is designed to carry heavy loads safely, making it suitable for residential and commercial developments where reliability is critical. To ensure optimal performance, inner leaf blocks should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation to maintain structural stability and accelerate build times. Mortar beds should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
