The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WIL 1200mm lintel is engineered specifically for extra heavy duty applications in cavity wall construction. Designed for builders, site managers, and contractors working with wide inner leaf blockwork, this lintel provides dependable support for openings where strength and durability are critical. Please note, inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is suited to cavity walls with a cavity width of 70-85mm, supporting inner leaf blockwork between 125-150mm wide. It is ideal for use over doorways, windows, and other openings in substantial masonry walls where an extra heavy duty load bearing solution is required. To facilitate efficient and safe construction, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution across the lintel.
