It is specifically suited to walls with a wide inner leaf of 125-150mm, making it a dependable choice for builders and contractors working on demanding structural projects. Please note, the lintel requires proper propping during installation to ensure safe and efficient construction.

Application

This lintel is designed to carry heavy loads over openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. It supports blockwork up to 125-150mm wide, ensuring stability in structural frames where extra strength is necessary. Builders should ensure the inner leaf block does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
