The Keystone XCFS/K-50 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors requiring dependable support over wide openings. At 3450mm long, it is designed specifically for cavity widths of 50-65mm and inner leaf blockwork between 125-150mm. This lintel is ideal for serious structural projects where strength and reliability are paramount. Please note, inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is suited for cavity wall constructions with wide inner leaf blockwork, commonly used in residential and commercial building projects. It supports doorways, windows, and other openings where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is required. To maintain structural integrity and speed up site work, it is recommended to prop the lintels during installation. Mortar beds should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
