The Keystone XCFS/K-50 WIL is a robust, extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 2400mm in length. Engineered specifically for wide inner leaf cavity walls between 50 and 65mm, it provides reliable support for serious building projects. This lintel is designed with trade professionals in mind, offering both strength and precision for challenging structural openings. Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings in cavity walls where the inner leaf blockwork is between 125mm and 150mm wide. It is particularly suited to heavy load-bearing situations requiring extra heavy duty strength. Proper installation includes ensuring the inner leaf block does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm and propping the lintel during construction to maintain build speed and structural safety. A mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units, allowing even load distribution across the lintel.
