Details

The Keystone TJ/K-90 Standard Load Thin Joint Cavity Wall Lintel, measuring 2850mm in length, is engineered for reliable use in 90mm wide cavity walls with standard loading. It suits builders and contractors focused on efficiency and structural integrity, especially in fast-track projects where build sequencing flexibility is essential. Please note lintels must be installed with tightly butted joints for full load capacity and may require propping during construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity wall construction using thin joint mortar, commonly employed in residential and commercial developments with 90mm cavity widths. It supports standard load-bearing walls over openings such as windows and doors. Its design allows the inner leaf of the wall to be built and completed independently before starting the outer leaf, facilitating phased construction and improved site management.
