Details

The Keystone TJ/K-50 750mm lintel is engineered for use in thin joint cavity wall construction, supporting standard load requirements. It’s an excellent choice for builders and contractors working on cavity walls with a 50-65mm cavity, offering both strength and versatility for efficient builds. Please note, lintels must be installed with firmly butted perpendicular joints to meet load specifications.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity wall projects where thin joint mortar techniques are employed, commonly found in modern brick and block construction. It suits fast-track building methods, allowing the inner leaf to be completed before the outer leaf is started by using the lintel as two separate units if required. The lintel supports typical openings such as doors and windows under standard loading conditions and can be propped temporarily on site to accelerate construction.
