The Keystone T/K-90 750mm lintel is engineered for timber frame cavity wall applications where a standard load-bearing solution is required. Trusted by builders and contractors, this lintel provides reliable support to the outer brickwork over openings, ensuring structural integrity in timber frame builds. Please note, lintels are sold individually and must be combined with restraint clips and battens for best performance.

Application

Ideal for use in cavity walls with widths from 90 to 105mm, the T/K-90 lintel supports the outer leaf of brickwork above doors, windows and other openings in timber frame constructions. Its design accommodates standard load requirements, making it suitable for residential and light commercial buildings. To maintain stability, lateral restraint clips and a tight-fitting timber batten must be installed to prevent twisting. Propping lintels during installation is recommended to facilitate rapid and secure construction.
