The Keystone T/K-70 Standard Load Timber Frame Lintel is engineered for cavity walls with widths of 70-85mm, providing essential support to the outer leaf brickwork above openings. This lintel is tailored for timber frame construction, delivering reliable performance on standard load applications.

Application

Specifically designed for use in timber frame buildings, this lintel supports external brickwork over doors, windows, and other openings. Its compatibility with standard cavity widths makes it ideal for studwork integration. To prevent twisting, the lintel must be installed alongside lateral restraint clips and a tightly fitted timber batten. Propping during installation is advised to maintain structural integrity and speed up the build process.
