Details

The Keystone S/K-150 WIL is a standard duty cavity wall lintel, purpose-built for builders and contractors working with wide inner leaf blockwork. At 4000mm long, it offers sturdy support for openings where cavity widths measure between 150 and 165mm. This lintel is a dependable choice for structural openings in cavity walls, combining strength with ease of installation. Please note, the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure correct placement and performance.

Application

This lintel is designed specifically for cavity wall construction involving wide inner leaf blocks measuring 125-150mm in width. It's well suited to supporting window and door openings in domestic or commercial masonry walls where standard duty load requirements apply. To maintain site safety and speed up the build, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation until the masonry above is self-supporting.
