The Keystone S/K-110 WIL 1650mm lintel is a robust, standard duty solution specifically engineered for cavity wall construction with wide inner leaf blocks. Designed for builders, contractors, and site managers, this lintel reliably supports openings in walls with cavity widths between 110mm and 125mm. Please note that images are for illustration only and installation guidance should be followed carefully.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall builds where the inner leaf blockwork measures between 125mm and 150mm wide. It is commonly installed above window and door openings to carry the load of masonry above while maintaining structural integrity. Correct installation involves limiting the inner leaf block overhang on the lintel flange to no more than 25mm and propping the lintel during construction to facilitate safe, efficient work on site.
