Please note, lintels must be propped during installation to maintain safety and build efficiency.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to support masonry openings in cavity walls where the cavity width falls between 110mm and 125mm. It is commonly used in residential and light commercial builds to carry the load above window and door openings, ensuring structural integrity. The blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to achieve uniform load distribution.
