The Keystone S/K-110 is a standard duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity walls between 110mm and 125mm wide. Please note, lintels should be propped during installation to maintain safety and construction speed.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in standard load-bearing cavity walls where openings require reliable structural support. It suits cavity widths from 110mm to 125mm, commonly found in residential and commercial masonry. The lintel is installed with blockwork tightly abutted to its inner face, and a mortar bed is recommended on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute weight and prevent stress points. Propping is advised to secure the lintel while the mortar cures, facilitating faster, safer build progress.
