The Keystone HDT/K-90 is a heavy duty timber frame lintel engineered for cavity walls with widths between 90 and 105mm. Ideal for builders and contractors working on timber frame structures, this 1500mm lintel provides dependable support for the outer leaf of brickwork above window and door openings. Please note lintels are supplied individually and should be handled with care during installation.

Application

Specifically designed for timber frame cavity wall construction, the HDT/K-90 lintel supports the brickwork outer leaf over openings such as windows and doors. Its heavy duty rating makes it suitable for structural use in residential and commercial projects where strength and stability are critical. To ensure optimal performance, it must be fixed with lateral restraint clips and a tight timber batten to prevent twisting under load. Propping lintels during installation is recommended to maintain alignment and speed up construction.
