The Keystone HDBOX/K-150 is a heavy duty box lintel engineered to support openings in 150mm solid masonry walls. Perfect for builders and site managers tackling heavy load requirements, it ensures structural integrity where concrete floors or point loads are involved. Please note, box lintels require proper bearing and mortar bedding for safe installation.

Application

This solid wall box lintel is ideal for heavy duty use in new builds and refurbishments where strong load-bearing support is critical. It carries the full weight of wet masonry immediately upon installation, making it suitable for supporting concrete floors, steelwork, or other concentrated loads above openings such as doors and windows in 150mm solid walls. Propping during construction is recommended to speed up progress and ensure safety.
