The Keystone HDBOX/K-100 is a robust heavy duty box lintel, purpose-built for 100mm solid wall applications where high load-bearing capacity is essential. Ideal for builders, contractors and site managers handling serious structural projects, this lintel supports concrete floors and point loads reliably. Please note, lintels must be installed with correct bearing and bedding to perform as intended.

Application

This box lintel is commonly used to span openings in solid masonry walls, particularly 100mm thick walls where heavy duty support is required. It is suitable for supporting the full weight of wet masonry above openings and is ideal for load-bearing situations such as concrete floors, heavy wall loads, and point load conditions. The perforated design allows plaster to key into the lintel for a neat, lasting finish. For optimal performance and site safety, lintels should be propped during installation.
