Details

The Keystone HD/K-90 WIL is a heavy duty cavity wall lintel tailored for builders and contractors working with wide inner leaf blockwork. Measuring 900mm in length, it is engineered to support structural openings in cavity walls with a cavity range of 90-105mm, delivering dependable strength for demanding builds. Please note that the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where inner leaf blockwork is 125-150mm wide. It provides essential support over openings such as doors and windows, maintaining structural integrity under heavy loads. To facilitate faster and safer construction, it is advisable to prop the lintel during installation. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units ensures even load distribution across the lintel.
