The Keystone HD/K-90 WIL heavy duty cavity wall lintel is engineered for builders and contractors working on substantial cavity wall projects requiring robust structural support. Ideal for cavities between 90 and 105mm, this lintel supports inner leaf blockwork widths of 125-150mm, making it a dependable choice for wide inner leaf constructions. Please note lintels should be propped during installation to ensure safe and speedy build progress.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to carry heavy loads over openings such as windows and doors in cavity walls with wider inner leaf blockwork. It provides essential structural integrity for residential and commercial builds where durability and compliance with building regulations are critical. The lintel flange should not be exceeded by more than 25mm by the inner leaf blockwork, and a mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
