Application

This lintel is tailored for use in cavity walls featuring an inner leaf blockwork width of 125 to 150mm. It is engineered to carry heavy loads across openings, ensuring the stability of masonry above windows, doors, or other structural gaps. To maintain build quality and safety, it is advised to prop the lintel during construction. The inner leaf blockwork should be built flush against the lintel’s inner face, with no more than 25mm overhang on the lintel flange. A mortar bed should be applied atop the blockwork prior to laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
