The Keystone HD/K-70 WIL Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 1200mm length is engineered for trade professionals requiring reliable support for cavity walls with wide inner leaves. Please note that the inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with a cavity width between 70 and 85mm. It is specifically designed for use with inner leaf blockwork measuring 125-150mm wide. To ensure a secure and efficient build, propping of the lintel during installation is recommended, helping to speed up construction and guarantee even load distribution. Mortar bedding on top of the inner leaf blockwork before laying floor units is advised to provide uniform load transfer.
