Please note, correct installation including propping is essential for optimal results.

Application

This lintel is ideal for spanning openings such as doorways and window frames within cavity walls featuring inner leaf widths of 125-150mm and cavity gaps between 50-65mm. It provides heavy duty load support, ensuring the structural stability of the wall above openings. For best practice, the inner leaf blockwork should be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, and a mortar bed applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute load. Propping the lintel during construction is recommended to maintain alignment and speed up the build process.
