Please note, installation guidelines recommend propping lintels and limiting block overhang for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting heavy loads over window and door openings in cavity walls with a wide inner leaf of 125-150mm blockwork. It ensures structural integrity by evenly distributing weight across the opening, preventing stress points. The lintel should be positioned with blockwork built tightly against its inner face, and a mortar bed placed atop the blockwork before floor units are installed to provide a level load transfer.
