Details

The Keystone HD/K-150 Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel, measuring 750mm long, is engineered for builders and contractors working on cavity walls with widths between 150mm and 165mm. Its robust design ensures dependable support for heavy structural loads above openings such as doors and windows. Please note, blockwork must be built tight against the inner face of the lintel for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where heavy-duty support is required over openings. It supports brickwork or blockwork above doorways, windows, and other structural gaps, ensuring load is evenly distributed. For best results, place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. Proper propping of the lintel during installation is recommended to maintain safety and speed up construction.
