The Keystone HD/K-110 WIL Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 1350mm length is engineered for builders and contractors needing dependable support over cavity wall openings. It is specifically designed for cavity widths between 110mm and 125mm, accommodating inner leaf blockwork widths of 125-150mm. This lintel is a practical choice for projects demanding robust load-bearing performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall constructions where heavy duty load support is required, such as lintels over doors and windows on residential or commercial builds. It supports blockwork that must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, ensuring structural integrity. To speed up construction and maintain safety, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. A mortar bed should be laid on top of the blockwork before floor units are installed to ensure an even load distribution.
