The Keystone EL/K-90 is a specialist cavity wall eaves lintel designed for builders and contractors working with 90-125mm cavity walls. At 1650mm long, it offers reliable structural support for openings at eaves level, combining practical design with a thermal break to improve energy efficiency. Please note, brickwork cannot be built onto the outer flange, an important consideration for installation on site.

Application

This lintel is primarily used over window or door openings at eaves level on cavity walls with widths between 90mm and 125mm. Its shortened outer flange allows soffit boards to fit neatly against window frames, ensuring a clean finish without compromising structural integrity. The built-in thermal break plate reduces heat loss and helps meet building regulations for energy performance.
