The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL 900mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty use in cavity wall applications where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm. It is tailored for outer leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm wide, providing robust and reliable load-bearing support for builders, site managers, and contractors managing demanding structural openings. Please note, proper installation and support are essential to maximise performance.

Application

This lintel is specifically suited for cavity walls with a wide outer leaf, commonly found in residential and commercial masonry projects requiring strong lintel support over window and door openings. It is especially valuable where extra heavy duty load capacity is necessary to safely carry structural loads. Use with blockwork built tight against the lintel’s inner face and ensure the outer leaf block does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity. Propping the lintel during installation is advised to accelerate construction and ensure safety.
