Suitable for cavity widths of 90-105mm (3.5-4.1in) and outer leaf blockwork 125-150mm (4.9-5.9in) wide.
Supports structural openings in cavity walls with wide outer leaf construction.
Ensures load is evenly distributed when used with mortar bed and propped during installation for speed and safety.
Outer leaf block must not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm; consult Keystone Technical Office for detailed guidance.

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL 600mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working with wide outer leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm, this lintel provides robust, reliable support for structural openings such as doors and windows. Application

This lintel is specifically designed to carry heavy loads across cavity walls with wide outer leaf blockwork. Proper installation includes propping the lintel to speed up construction and laying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to ensure even load distribution. Ensure outer leaf blocks do not exceed a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange to maintain structural stability.
