The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel, measuring 4650mm in length, is engineered for professionals requiring robust support for large openings in cavity walls. Specifically suited to cavity widths of 90-105mm and outer leaf blockwork between 125-150mm, this lintel provides dependable strength for demanding structural applications. Please note lintels must be propped during installation to maintain safety and speed up the build process.

Application

This lintel is ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors working on substantial cavity wall constructions where an extra heavy duty lintel is essential to support wide outer leaf blockwork. It is commonly used over large window and door openings in residential and commercial developments. Ensure the outer leaf blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and build the blockwork tight against the lintel’s inner face for optimal load distribution.
