The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL 4500mm lintel is engineered for contractors and site managers requiring a dependable, extra heavy duty solution for cavity wall openings. Specifically designed to support wide outer leaf blockwork, this lintel ensures structural integrity on demanding projects. Please note, outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls with cavity widths between 90 and 105mm and outer leaf blockwork thickness ranging from 125 to 150mm. It is commonly used in residential and commercial developments where heavy load-bearing capacity is essential, such as over large window or door openings. For optimal performance and to assist with rapid construction, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation and lay a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before placing floor units.
