Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, purpose-built to support wide outer leaf blockwork in demanding structural openings. With a length of 4200mm, it’s designed for cavity widths between 90mm and 105mm, making it an excellent choice for builders and contractors working on robust cavity wall constructions. Please note, outer leaf blocks must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure correct load bearing.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where the outer leaf blockwork measures 125-150mm wide. It provides essential support over openings such as windows and doors, handling extra heavy duty loads with confidence. To maintain site efficiency and safety, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. A mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to guarantee even load distribution.
