Supports cavity widths from 90mm to 105mm (3½" to 4"), suitable for 125-150mm (5" to 6") outer leaf blockwork.
Extra heavy duty load capacity ideal for robust structural openings in commercial and residential builds.
Ensures tight blockwork fit against inner face and requires mortar bedding for even load distribution.
Lintel must be propped during construction to maintain integrity; outer leaf block overhang should not exceed 25mm (1").

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls where the outer leaf blockwork measures between 125mm and 150mm in width. It supports heavy loads over openings such as doors and windows, making it suitable for both residential and commercial developments. The lintel flange should not be overhung by the outer leaf blockwork by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork is recommended before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
