The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL 3300mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide outer leaf construction. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on substantial openings, this lintel offers dependable load-bearing performance where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm. Application

This lintel is designed to support openings in cavity walls with a wide outer leaf blockwork thickness of 125 to 150mm. It is especially suited to projects requiring enhanced structural integrity, such as commercial or large residential builds. For optimal installation, the outer leaf block should not extend beyond the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping the lintel during construction is advised to assist with safe, efficient build progress. Additionally, a mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution across the lintel.
