The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for wide outer leaf applications. Ideal for builders, contractors and site managers working on substantial structural openings, this lintel provides dependable support where cavity widths range between 90 and 105mm. Please note, the product is supplied as a lintel only and should be installed following best practice guidelines to ensure performance.

Application

Used primarily to span openings in cavity walls with a wide outer leaf, this lintel accommodates blockwork thicknesses of 125 to 150mm. It is perfect for heavy load-bearing scenarios such as window and door openings in residential and commercial developments. For optimal results, ensure the outer leaf does not extend beyond the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping the lintel during installation is advised to maintain alignment and speed up the build process. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units ensures an even distribution of load across the lintel.
