Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL 1950mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications where cavity widths range between 90 and 105mm. It is specifically designed to carry the load of outer leaf blockwork measuring 125-150mm wide, offering robust and reliable support for serious building projects. Please note, the outer leaf block must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use by builders, site managers, and contractors working on cavity walls requiring wide outer leaf support. It is commonly installed over openings such as windows and doors where an extra heavy duty load-bearing solution is essential. For best results, lintels should be propped during installation to facilitate faster construction and ensure safety. Blockwork must be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
