Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL is a robust extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide outer leaf blockwork. Specifically designed for builders and contractors working on cavity walls with widths between 90 and 105mm, it delivers reliable structural support where strength is critical. Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings in cavity walls with a wide outer leaf, typically 125-150mm thick. It’s engineered to carry extra heavy loads, making it suitable for demanding structural projects such as commercial builds, multi-storey residential developments, or any site requiring enhanced load-bearing capacity. For best results, ensure the outer leaf blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping lintels during installation is advised to maintain construction speed and safety. Additionally, blockwork should be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with a mortar bed laid on top before placing floor units to evenly distribute loads.
