It is specifically designed for builders and contractors working on openings where cavity widths range from 90mm to 105mm and outer leaf blockwork thickness is between 125mm and 150mm. This lintel offers reliable structural integrity for demanding projects.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting window and door openings in cavity walls requiring a robust load-bearing solution. It is commonly used where the outer leaf blockwork is wider, ensuring proper distribution of heavy loads above openings. To maintain build quality and speed, lintels should be propped during installation. The outer leaf block should be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, and a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly spread the load.
