The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel at 4650mm length is engineered for contractors and site managers requiring dependable support for large structural openings. Designed specifically for cavity widths between 90 and 105mm, this lintel ensures robust load-bearing capacity on serious building projects where reliability and precision matter. Application

This lintel is ideal for wide inner leaf cavity walls, supporting openings such as large windows or doorways in blockwork measuring 125-150mm wide. It is essential for maintaining structural integrity in masonry builds where heavy loads are present. To optimise installation, it is recommended that lintels are propped during construction to speed up the build process, and that blockwork is built tight against the inner face of the lintel. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute load evenly.
