This lintel is tailored for builders, site managers, and contractors requiring dependable structural elements for wide inner leaf blockwork applications. Application

This lintel is designed to carry heavy loads above openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with a wide inner leaf blockwork thickness between 125 and 150mm. It is suitable for use in both domestic and commercial building projects where enhanced structural support is necessary. To maintain structural integrity, the inner leaf blockwork should not extend beyond 25mm over the lintel flange. Propping the lintel during installation is strongly advised to accelerate build speed and ensure safety. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute the load evenly.
