Application

Ideal for supporting openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is required. The lintel accommodates wide inner leaf blockwork between 125mm and 150mm thick and is suited to both new builds and structural renovations. To maintain build quality and speed, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation and ensure the inner leaf blockwork aligns correctly without exceeding a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
