It delivers robust support for openings where cavity widths range between 90 and 105mm, making it a dependable choice for serious structural projects. Application

This lintel is specifically designed for use in cavity wall constructions with inner leaf blockwork widths of 125 to 150mm. It supports structural loads over window or door openings, ensuring stability in heavy-duty scenarios. On-site best practice includes propping the lintel to speed up the construction process and laying a mortar bed atop the blockwork before placing floor units to evenly distribute load. The inner leaf blockwork must be built flush against the lintel’s inner face, avoiding overhangs beyond 25mm for optimum performance.
