The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 3300mm, purpose-built for supporting openings in cavity walls with a 90-105mm cavity and a wide inner leaf. Ideal for builders and contractors working on substantial structural projects, this lintel provides dependable load-bearing capacity where strength is essential. Please note that the lintel must be installed with attention to blockwork positioning and support to ensure performance.

Application

This lintel is typically used to support lintels over window and door openings in cavity walls where the cavity width falls between 90 and 105mm and the inner leaf blockwork is 125-150mm wide. It is suitable for both commercial and residential builds requiring extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity. To maintain structural integrity, the inner leaf blockwork should not extend beyond the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and it is advised to prop lintels during installation to facilitate faster, safer construction. Mortar bedding above the blockwork is recommended before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
