Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for builders and site managers requiring dependable support over wide cavity openings. At 3000mm length, it accommodates cavity widths from 90mm to 105mm and is tailored for inner leaf blockwork between 125mm and 150mm. Please note, blocks are sold separately and images are for illustration only.

Application

This lintel is engineered for cavity wall constructions, providing reliable load-bearing support above doors, windows, and other openings. It is ideal for projects demanding extra heavy duty performance, such as commercial or high-spec residential builds. For optimal results, ensure the inner leaf blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and prop the lintel during installation to speed up construction while maintaining safety. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads.
