The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered to support substantial openings where cavity widths range between 90 and 105mm. Specifically designed for use with wide inner leaf blockwork of 125-150mm thickness, this lintel offers robust structural integrity for builders, contractors, and site managers working on demanding projects. Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity wall constructions requiring extra heavy duty support, typically over doorways, windows, or other structural openings. It is suited to inner leaf blockwork that should not extend beyond the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution. To maintain efficiency on site and accelerate build times, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Mortar beds should be applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly spread the load across the lintel.
